What we can learn from dogs

Meet Angelica & Spud. These two dogs were locked into filthy, cramped crates for years living in the most inhumane circumstances. Their rescuers didn't know what to expect when they got them to a safe place. Would they be terrified, aggressive, would they hate humans?

These amazing dogs can teach us a lot about how to move on and even to thrive by putting the past hurts behind us. Find happiness where you can, be grateful for each and every good thing you can experience in life.

Glad the dogs found safety.

Honestly, I can't compare myself to a dog. The reason the dogs appear to heal is a lack of shared language I believe. Also dogs don't possess the intelligence that humans do. I don't see myself attempting to be more 'canine'.
