An easy sloppy joe recipe for busy parents and grandparents.
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
10-3/4 oz. can tomato soup
1/2 c. tangy-flavored catsup
6 to 8 sandwich buns
Brown beef in a heavy saucepan; salt and pepper to taste. Add soup and catsup; reduce heat and simmer until thick. Spoon onto buns to serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
