Vanilla Wafer Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups granulated Sugar
2 cups Coconut
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (Walnuts or Pecans)
½ cup milk
6 eggs
1 box Vanilla Wafers (Crushed)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When knife/toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean, cake is done. Bake in 9 by 13 pan.
