Upside-Down Pizza

Upside-Down Pizza
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 onions
Butter
7 ounces cooked boneless chicken
3 tablespoons sour cream
Cheese to taste
In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, flour, egg, salt and baking powder.
Dough will be somewhat thin. Dice onions and fry in oil until halfway done.
Add a little butter (to taste). Butter a baking pan. Arrange onions in the
pan. Top with a layer of diced chicken. Season to taste with salt. Pour
dough over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven,
cool slightly, remove from pan and turn over. Brush top with sour cream,
sprinkle with grated cheese and wait for cheese to melt. If pizza is too
cold, heat it briefly in the microwave oven to melt the cheese.
