Upside-Down Baked Potatoes

These cheesy potatoes are just right for chilly afternoons.
4 T. margarine, melted
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
4 to 6 potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
Coat bottom of a 13"x9" baking pan with margarine; sprinkle cheese on top. Place potatoes cut-side down in pan; bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
