Tomato-Beef Noodle Bake

Sprinkle on shredded Cheddar cheese before baking for added zest...we love this meal for fall football games!
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
10-oz. can tomatoes with chiles
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
8-oz. pkg. fine egg noodles, cooked
Brown beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Add remaining ingredients; place in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serves 4.
