Sweet Onion Spread

Serve warm on crusty baguette slices.
2 sweet onions, minced
1-1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 T. dill weed, divided
Blend onions, one cup Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and 2-1/2 teaspoons dill weed together until well blended; spoon mixture into 2 ungreased 9" glass pie pans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dill weed; bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden. Serve warm. Serves 12.
