Super Tasty Burgers
18 ounces ground beef
4 hamburger rolls
2 onions
1 tomato
1 cucumber
Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
Apple cider vinegar
Chop 1 onion and fry in oil. Cut the other onion into rings and marinate in
apple cider vinegar for 15-20 minutes. Combine ground beef, fried onion,
salt and pepper. With lightly oiled hands, form meat mixture into 4 patties.
Place them into a skillet with hot oil and fry over high heat for 4-5
minutes, turn over and fry the other side for about the same amount of time.
Slice tomato and cucumber into rounds. Split rolls. Coat roll halves with
mayonnaise. On the bottom half of each roll, layer lettuce leaves, a
hamburger patty, marinated onion, cucumber and tomato. Replace roll tops.
