I don't have exact amounts for this salad. The lady who made it just made
it up.
Spinach
Green onions
Tomatoes
Red pepper
A Can of mandarin oranges
grated Cheese
For dressing,
equal amounts of Olive oil and balsamic vinegar. salt and pepper
She just shook the dressing up in a jar.
It was good!
