Spicy Salmon Marinade

Marinate salmon filets for one hour, then grill to perfection...so easy!
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 T. sesame oil
1/4 c. honey
1 t. red pepper flakes
Combine soy sauce, juice, oil, honey and pepper; mix well. Makes about one cup.
