Spaghetti Casserole
2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounces uncooked spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In bowl, combine beef, spices, spaghetti sauce and sugar. In another bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Layer casserole as follows:
Layer 1: spaghetti.
Layer 2: beef mixture.
Layer 3: cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
