Smoked Salmon And Tomato Layered Salad
2 ounces mayonnaise (can use more)
4-1/2 ounces smoked salmon or trout fillet
3-4 green onions
4 tomatoes
3-1/2 ounces cheese
Dice salmon. Finely grate cheese. Dice tomatoes. Chop green onions. Layer
ingredients in a salad bowl in the following order, coating each layer with
mayonnaise:
Half of the tomatoes
Half of the cheese
Half of the green onions
Salmon
Remaining tomatoes
Remaining cheese
Sprinkle salad with remaining green onions.
