Slow-Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
28-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 green peppers, chopped
1 onion, minced
2 T. minced garlic
Place chicken in a slow cooker; top with remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours. Serves 6.
