Sirloin Steak Salad

Sirloin Steak Salad
3/4 pound beef top sirloin steak
3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
6 green onions, chopped
1 medium beefsteak tomato, sliced
1/2 medium ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Sprinkle steak with pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Bake at 350 degrees for
about 45 minutes. Let cool.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice and the
remaining salt. In a large bowl, combine green onions, tomato, avocado,
radishes and feta.
Cut steak into slices, place over salad. Drizzle with dressing and stir to
combine.
