Sirloin Citrus Salad
2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. honey
1 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Thinly sliced leftover grilled beef
6 c. torn romaine
2 c. orange segments
Mix first 5 well. Toss last 3 together and drizzle with vinaigrette.
