Simple Chicken And Dumplings
2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
1 soup can milk
1/2 stick butter
Cooked, diced chicken, optional
4 to 8 Flour tortillas, cut into small pieces
In saucepan, combine soup, water, milk and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken, if using; cook slowly for 5 minutes. Drop tortillas into chicken mixture; stir gently just to moisten. Cook for 10 minutes.
