Sesame-Ginger Chicken Quesadillas (4)
3 Tbsp. Sesame-Ginger Sauce (see recipe)
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
3 shredded carrots
1/4 c. diced red onion
4 (8”) flour tortillas
8 oz. shredded Mexican cheese blend
Heat sauce in a large skillet over med. heat. Add next 3. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2-4 min. until heated. Spread on half of each tortilla. Wipe skillet cleans and cook tortillas over med. high heat 1 min. until lightly browned. Fold over and serve hot.
