SERIOUS TRIPLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

SERIOUS TRIPLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
14 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
5 oz. unsweetened chocolate
6 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
6 eggs at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. dark chocolate chips
Melt together semisweet chocolate chips, 5 ounces unsweetened chocolate and
butter. In a large bowl combine sugar and eggs and beat 7 minutes. Add
vanilla. Then add chocolate mixture. Combine flour, salt and baking powder
and add to chocolate mixture. Stir in dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Bake at
350 degrees for 10 minutes.
