Salmon Baked With Potatoes And Cheese
18 ounces refrigerated salmon fillets
7 potatoes
2 onions
7 ounces hard cheese
7 ounces half-and-half cream
1 green onion
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
Cut fish into 1/2-inch-thick strips. Combine 1/2 teaspoon salt and finely
chopped green onion and dredge fish strips in this mixture. Thinly slice and
fry the onions. Peel potatoes and thinly slice. Coarsely grate the cheese.
Line a baking pan with foil, grease the foil. Place fish strips on the foil.
Top with a layer of fried onions and then a layer of potatoes. Combine cream
with a teaspoon of salt and drizzle over potatoes. Sprinkle with grated
cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
