Roasted Rosemary Beef

There's no other liquid necessary for this make-ahead dish.
3 to 4-lb. pot roast
3 cubes beef bouillon, crushed
1 T. fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 t. garlic powder
seasoning salt and pepper to taste
Place roast into slow cooker that has been coated with non-stick vegetable spray. Add bouillon cubes and seasonings. Turn slow cooker on low; heat for 24 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
