1 pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. water

1 c. sugar
4 c. rhubarb
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chopped rhubarb, then sugar on top. Pour unwhipped cream over top of all this.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. The rhubarb and cream make an "upside down" cake.
