The perfect combination of savory and sweet

2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese

1 c. mayonnaise

2 green onions, chopped

12-oz. jar raspberry preserves

Mix first 4 ingredients together; spread into a 10" spring form pan. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours; remove from pan and place on a serving plate. Spread preserves over the top. Makes about 5 cups.
