Quick Meatballs
Make 'em ahead...they freeze well.
2 Pounds ground beef
1/4 pound ground sausage
1 (6 ounce) package beef-flavored stuffing mix
3 eggs, beaten
Mix all ingredients together; shape into one-inch balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen.
