Quick Meatballs

Make 'em ahead...they freeze well.
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground sausage
6-oz. pkg. beef-flavored stuffing mix
3 eggs, beaten
Mix all ingredients together; shape into one-inch balls. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
