The easiest cookies ever!

9-oz. pkg. devil's food cake mix

1 egg

1 T. shortening, melted

1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend ingredients and 2 tablespoons water together; drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
