Quick And Easy Veggie Salad
A trip to the town market and I have all I
need for this quick & easy salad.
1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 red onion, sliced
3 to 4 T. Italian salad dressing
Combine cauliflower, broccoli, tomato and
onion in a serving bowl. Toss with dressing to
taste. Serves 4.
