By Dianne Pratt January 2006
RECIPE BY
Southern Living
It doesn't get much
easier
than this 3-ingredient tartar sauce. Mayonnaise, pickle relish, and lemon
juice are all you need to whip up a homemade sauce that's perfect for adding
zesty flavor to all your favorite
fish recipes.
You can find pickle relish near the condiments and dressings at your local
grocery.
Ingredients

. 1 cup light mayonnaise
. 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Cover and chill
until ready to serve.
Chef's Notes
This is your go-to sauce for seafood this summer. Use it with a sheet pan
shrimp or crawfish, or impress guests with it at your summer fish fry.
