Potato Pudding

2 c. coarsely grated raw potato
1 c. coarsely grated carrot
Salt, pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. cream
Butter

Mix first 5. Lard well with butter throughout. Cover and bake in mod. oven 45-60 min., uncovering near end of baking.
