Potato-Beef Casserole

Hearty and tummy-warming!
5 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Place potatoes and onion in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan; set aside. Mix ground beef and soup together; add one cup water. Spread over potatoes; bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 6.
