Pork With Potato Topping

Pork With Potato Topping
1 pound 6 ounces boneless pork
14 ounces potatoes
3-1/2 ounces sour cream
3-1/2 ounces hard cheese
1-1/2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cut meat into serving slices, season to taste with salt and pepper. Place
into a hot skillet with oil. Fry on both sides until light golden. Boil
potatoes in their skins, cool completely, peel and grate. Combine potatoes,
sour cream and grated cheese. Arrange meat slices in a greased baking pan.
Top each pork slice with potato mixture. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven
for 25-30 minutes.
