PITA POCKET SANDWICHES
1 lb. deli roast beef, shaved
Italian dressing
1 sm. can sliced black olives
Cream cheese
Pocket bread
1/2 head lettuce
2 tomatoes, diced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
In small bowl: Tear up the roast beef. Drain black olives and add to beef.
Sprinkle on just enough dressing to coat beef. In larger bowl: Chop lettuce,
tomatoes, and green onions. Spread layer of cream cheese on one side of
pocket bread. Add small amount of beef mixture and microwave on high 15
seconds. Fill with lettuce mixture. Enjoy!
Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking
time.
