Pink And White Pound Cake From Mama Peach
1 plain pound cake, fresh or frozen and thawed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, drained, juice reserved
1/3 cup strawberry juice (from thawed strawberries)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
Split pound cake into 4 layers. Blend strawberry juice with cream cheese and
sugar. On each layer (except top) spread some of the cheese mixture, then
top with some strawberries. Assemble layers. Frost top and sides with cheese
mixture.
