Philly Beef and Cheese Sandwiches

1 large onion, sliced
1 sliced green bell pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped leftover cooked beef
2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire
1/4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
4 split sandwich buns

Coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Heat over med. high until hot. Add onion and bell pepper and cook 6-8 min. until soft, stirring occasionally. Add beef and cook 3 min. until hot. Mix next 3 well. Stir into meat mixture and cook 2 min. until thickened. Sprinkle cheese on bottom half of rolls. Top with beef mixture and add top of bun.
