Pepperoni Pie Squares (8-10)
1 1/2 flour
2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1 lb. Muenster, cubed
8 oz. sliced pepperoni, chopped
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Coat 9x13” with non-stick spray. Mix all in large bowl. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 350F 25-30 min. until golden. Serve as is or with warm marinara.
