4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 T. honey

2 T. Dijon mustard

2 T. ground pecans

Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness using a rolling pin. Set aside. Mix honey and mustard together; spread over chicken. Coat chicken with pecans; arrange in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
