Oatmeal Banana Cupcakes
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
Cream first 2. Add next 3. Mix dry ingredients together and stir into creamed mixture. Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350F 18-20 min.
