Nansi's Crumb cake

1 half cup butter

1 cup sugar

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 egg

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat until smooth. Spread in 9 by 13 cake pan. Spoon on 1 21 ounce can cherry or blueberry pie filling. Set Aside.

Crumb topping: Mix 1 fourth cup sugar

1 half cup flour

2 tablespoons butter

Mix together with hands. Crumble over cherry pie filling. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 50 minutes.
