My Favorite Sheet Pan Coke Cake



1 cup butter (2 sticks)

2 cups plain flour

1 3/4 cups sugar

3 tablespoons Cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 cup (10 oz.) coke

1 1/2 cup small marshmallows



Combine all ingredients. Blend. Beat 1 minute on medium speed.

Bake in a 10 inch by 15 inch sheet pan 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Coke Cake Frosting

1/3 cup butter

1/2 cup Coke

1/3 cup cocoa

1 box powdered sugar

1 cup nuts



Have ready when cake is done! Spread on hot cake that has been

left in pan. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy.
