Personal Story Mind over Mood!

TLDR: Mind over Mood!
Naiwen shared that they are using a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) handbook recommended by their therapist, which includes exercises to do at home. They noted its usefulness and mentioned that it was authored by specialists in CBT, a therapy they have been undergoing for 2-3 years. CatSic responded by confirming they had previously engaged in CBT and reflected on how different approaches can be beneficial at various stages of life. CatSic also expressed happiness that the CBT handbook was helpful to Naiwen.
It's a CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) psychological handbook recommended by my therapist to read and to do exercises at home with. I find it quite helpful. It's by 2 specialists in CBT, which I have done for over 2-3 years. What about you? Have you ever done CBT personally?

Yes I believe I did many years ago. We change as we age and different things become helpful at different times. Glad it is helping you.
