Marinated Chicken Breasts
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 small garlic clove, crushed
6 split chicken breasts (3 chickens)
Fine bread crumbs
Butter or margarine
Mix sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, celery salt and garlic. Marinate chicken breasts for 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Before baking, roll each piece in fine bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Dot with plenty of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. May cover when completely baked and turn over to warm. Will hold 2 hours with no harm to flavor.
