MAPLE BROWN AND SERVE BUNS
8 Brown and Serve rolls, place in shallow pan. Mix 1/4 cup Pure
Vermont Maple Syrup with 3 tablespoons melted butter and 2 to 3
tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate. Blend well and pour
over rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Watch
carefully as syrup burns easily. Baste with syrup in pan and pour
1/4 cup more maple syrup over rolls and return to oven until
golden brown and syrup is thick.
