2 tsp. margarine
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. snipped parsley

Combine first 6 in med. saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 min. until liquid is absorbed. Stir in parsley
