KETCHUP PORK CHOPS
4 to 6 pork chops
4 to 6 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. per chop
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. water
Place sugar on chops. Pour water and ketchup mixture over chops. Cover and
bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
