Instant Pizza
Crust
4 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 eggs
9 tablespoons flour
Combine all crust ingredients. Dough will have the consistency of sour
cream. Pour it into a skillet and coat with a topping of your choice
(sausage, mushrooms, vegetables, Etc.). Top with mayonnaise and then with a
thick layer of grated cheese. Cover and cook for just a few minutes over
medium heat. Pizza is ready when cheese is melted.
