With this basic recipe, you can make tons of different salads; just vary the

topping, the types of lettuces, the meat and cheese, and the veggies.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon mayonnaise
. 2 tablespoons creamy salad dressing, like ranch
. 1/2 cup frozen baby peas, unthawed
. 1/2 cup cubed cheese
. 1/2 cup cubed cooked chicken
. 1/4 cup shredded carrots
. 2 cups torn lettuce

Preparation:
You can make 2, 3, or 4 salads using these proportions, depending on the
size salad you want to make and the size of the diner! Layer the ingredients

in
a small Tupperware or resealable container, in the order given. You could
add more ingredients, like cashew nuts, green bell pepper slivers, cubed
cucumber,
blanched green beans, Parmesan cheese, cubed ham, or cooked pork tenderloin.

Pack a fork, and let your diner mix the salad just before eating.
