1/2 tbsp. butter

6 fish fillets (sole, haddock, cod or halibut)

1 lemon

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp. paprika

1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese (6 oz. ungrated)

1/2 tbsp. dry mustard

1 c. cream or half & half

1/2 c. bread crumbs (seasoned or unseasoned)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place thawed or fresh fillets in a baking dish greased with the butter.

3. Cut the lemon in half.

4. Sprinkle one side of the fillets with half the salt, pepper and paprika.

5. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon on the fillets.

6. Turn the fillets over. Repeat steps 4 or 5.

7. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the fish.

8. Mix the cream and dry mustard together.

9. Pour mixture over the fish.

10. Sprinkle bread crumbs.

11. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
