Hummus From Barb
This is a recipe from Barb, who's a friend of mine, and who is also on the
cooking friends list.

Chickpea spread

In Food Processor,

1 can chickpeas. Rinsed
¼ cup tahini paste (ground sesame seeds) (2 big spoonfuls)
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1-2 tsp oil

Pulse until smooth.

The mixture should be stiff, not runny.
Keeps a week in the fridge.
Not suitable for freezing.
