In the last 200 years, our county has never been into a war with any other country, however, the country went into civil war for 10 years. During the civil war, 10 people were being killed every day (by the state army and the insurgents), and the death affected our mental health. Currently, Russia and Ukraine are at war. The news of deaths, destruction, and the caravan of refugees is badly affecting my mental health.
