I personally prefer mine on a : grilled-cheese, cheese on toast, in most sandwiches, poutine, fries, cheese curds and gravy and finally French onion soup. And you personally?

I like melted cheese on top of toast, preferably in the form of a 'cheese toastie' which is what Americans call a grilled cheese I think.
