Plot: The untold story of Katherine G. The visionary trio crossed all gender and race lines to inspire generations to dream big.

Had to add this one, it's an absolute gem of a film. Showed just how incredible the early calculators of NASA were and how vital they were to the missions getting off of the ground. It follows three African-American women in particular, as they broke barriers and asserted themselves as absolute pillars within NASA for years to come. If you haven't, do yourself a favour and watch this movie!

Being into astronomy, I had to watch this movie shortly after it came out. I loved it! It had some funny parts in there as well as those that make you think. There are so many men & women, of all colors, that have helped shape what we take for granted today.

I have to agree, there is so much we take for granted today that stem from the work, ideas or foundations laid by those who came before us. This movie highlights three incredible women who worked at a time where they were discounted simply for who they were, and yet they proved to be absolutely instrumental in getting those flights off of the ground. Just goes to show us all not to judge people for things they have no control over, we all have our differences, our struggles, our skills, and we should all appreciation each other for what we can do, not what we can't do.
